I recently have had trouble sleeping at night. I find it really hard to stay asleep for more then 3 hours. After this it's almost impossible for me to fall back asleep. Is there any advice on falling back asleep or just being able to longer without taking any sleeping pills or medicine? Also I do eventually get fall asleep after fours hours or so later but is terribly inconvenient for me. Is there a way to fall back asleep about 30 minutes after I wake up again.
Additional Info: I usually sleep in a quiet room without a lot of light (except my computer).

if a man is called to be a priest, then he is called to preach the word of God and the gospel. to testify that he exists. and according to the words of the bible he is sent as a dove and is a sheep, to be harmless to ALL people. and at the same time not get involved in politics.

Why is life so that when you wish for something really badly, you almost never get what you want? then when it seems that there is no more hope of getting what you desire, it just, *poof* appears?

I'm just wondering.

As I believe as do many others it was an experiment that went out of control and spread. It is a miricle that I haven't contracted HIV as I have shared needles in the eighties and had sex with my husband (who died of AIDS in 1989). I telephoned the Terence Higgins Trust to see if they wanted to do tests on me to find out if I had something in my body that would not let the virus in. They weren't interested.

I live in a house where the rule is - whoever cooks gets out of the cleaning up. The problem is though - if I cook - I have a sink ful of hot water and I wash up as I go. I get rid of any rubbish (peelings, empty cans, packets etc. etc), sweep the floor and wipe down the stove top and benches - usually before I serve dinner. The kitchen is left clean and tidy with only one or two pots to wash - which are left soaking in the sink and the dishwasher to load. Excuse me for a sec while I just polish my halo......!!!Unfortunately - the other cook in my house is a sloppy cook. It means that on the nights I cook - he gets to enjoy a good meal and hardly any cleaning up. If he cooks - he uses every single spoon, kitchen implement, pot, knife etc. in the kitchen. Piles of vegetable peels are left all over the bench, along with packets, spice jars, sauce bottles, cannisters, etc. etc. The stove top is always filthy - as are the benches...splattered in grease and sauce. I know many people who cook like this - including my sister. Is it reasonable to change the rule to whoever cooks - also cleans up??? How can I enjoy my meal when he cooks - when I know there is a mountain of mess to clean up when I'm finished eating???
