From his hair follicles.

Contrary to popular belief, the Trumpster does not wear a hairpiece. What you see is all his! Last year, I saw an interview with him on the Tonight Show. Jay Leno asked him about his hair and whether or not it was real. Trump said it was his, and then proceeded to run his hand through it and pull it back so you could see his scalp and hairline. Honest to goodness, it really is his! I wouldn't have believed it otherwise.

As far as who would choose to have their hair styled that way? Well, HE would! lol He's been having it cut the same way for decades. Some things never change.
