He always talk about other girls and their boobs. I hate it when i talk about girls. Because of this we fight always. He likes to spend time only with his friends, he himself told me that. I will attempt to post this question without offending women. Please attempt to take it seriously.

My question comes from the expression meaningless sex that women often quote. They often say this when talking about a sexual ecounter that had nothing else but sex.

For most men the only thing we want out of sex is pleasure. For what I have observed, most women want the pleasure, but are not completely satisfied unless there was something else they got out of it. What I mean is that it appears that women need more out of sex than just the pleasure of it. It could be the complete undivided attention and affection of a man, or it could be something material. All I am saying is that it appears that most women not only want the pleasure of sex, but are constantly thinking what else can they get from it.

So it apears to me that the only way to add meaning to sex is by giving something else.

It is just an opinion that I hope I worded properly without offense.

So I was taking this statistics class, and apparently, to determine population standard deviation I have to know the population mean, the number of members in the population, and the value of each of them.

That's just fine for theoretical work, and supercomputers, but suppose I'm playing dungeons and dragons, and I want to know the standard deviation for a 3d6 roll. I can quickly see that the mean is 10.5, and that all values will range between 3 and 18. With a little calculation, I can determine that there would be 216 permutations, which would make up the population... but do I really have to subtract the mean from each of these 216 values, square the result, and add them together before dividing by the number of permutations? Since I know what every single number is going to be, isn't there some easier way to get the right number without pushing over a thousand separate buttons on my calculator?

It seems the past few years that 'liberal' was simply shorthand for 'Not 100% on board with Bush'. People apply the term to anyone who expresses doubt or disagreement with the current admin. regardless of their actual overall political views. I've seen people who under any other circumstances would be considered solid republicans, even conservative ones, be classified as libs simply for disagreeing with policies or actions of the White House. Politics isn't a baseball game, with 2 clearly defined sides, most people have views that fall all over the map, not just in 1 category. Is it just intellectual laziness, or a genuine fear that the world isn't so clear-cut and easy to understand (us vs them)?
