Me and my wife are trying to get pregnant and I recently learned that I am sterile. My wife doesn't know. Should I not tell her and just keep on having sex all the time, or should I come clean.

Tell her of course. Getting pregnant is a couple's problem, and doesn't belong to just the male or female! Your wife will want to look into why she's not getting pregnant one day and it'll all come out anyway won't it? By the way, you should ask to have another test done later, as results are often different the second time you know !

You definitely need to tell her what you know. She may be blaming herself for the fact that you haven't conceived yet. And get a second opinion. My dad was told he was sterile. Myself and my 2 sisters are proof that was not true.

Be honest with her and depend on your love to sustain you. There are other options to consider.
