YES, well sort of.
I had implantation bleeding with both my pregnancies. It can happen when the egg implants into the lining of the uterus. It can appear to be period-like but really isn't a period. Mine was light and brownish but can vary from woman to woman.
Take a home PG test and find out. If this is the case you should be far enough along to pick up 2 pink lines (or not).

well, how far apart were they? If one was at the very beginning and the other at the very end, that would be very normal...if you had one and the second was a couple weeks later, it could just be a short cycle, early miscarriage, 'implantation bleeding, stress...a number of things! Take a test and find out!

No it means your cycle just ended up on the same month, And you skip period(s) when pregnant.

It most likely is not. How far apart were they>? This could be cause of many different things. Pregnancy is most likely not it.
