I live in Missouri, will it only take one stamp or what?

I haven't heard about that scam, but the card will be in between layers of paper with the number not yet scratched off.

i'd take it to the post office and let someone there decide what the correct postage should be. that way you'll be sure it arrives without being returned for insufficient postage.

1 stamp should do it. It won't be too heavy. Did you hear about the scam w/ gift cards? People are stealing the #'s and buying online w/ them. Be careful and have the recipient call to find out the balance when he/she receives it.

When I mail birthday cards I always put 2 stamps just in case.

The cost of the postage depends on where you are sending it.
Is it inland or oversea?

Put it in a bottle, and drop it in the ocean. Pick a bottle up off the street, to save even more!!!
