I hear EVERYONE say, "eat breakfast. you won't get hungry later on in the day" etc.

I don't understand the specifics of this.

ALSO, I've heard that not eating breakfast means that you can't burn as many calories and/or that it doesn't let your metabolism work right?! That makes no sense. why can't I just eat later on in the day and THEN exercise??

That whole thing just doesn't make sense..

The ER doctor is a Budhist and keeps the man alive, until an operating room is available. The catholic Heart Surgeon performs triple by-pass surgery. The entire team of medical people, the anestheologist, the nurses, the people who prep and sterilize the equipment....etc, etc, are a mixed group of many beliefs.

The Christian man wakes, from his surgery and his family is there at his bedside and they say......"we are so happy you made it....we spent all night praying for you".

In your opinion, who was responsible for saving the man's life and why?

I feel the side effects of antidepressants change my personality/who I am. They make me extremely hyperactive, irritable, agitated, and less sensitive to other people's feelings because I am emotionally numb like a robot. I am not like this off the meds but need to take them for anxiety. I am especially having a problem with the hyperactivity and agitation. Does anybody else feel antidepressants have changed who you are/changed your personality? It feels like I am a different person on and off the meds and this concerns me especially since I'm in the dating scene and I want to be certain the real me is showing on dates.

your girlfriend/boyfriend of five years walked out? The reason was "I don't know", she refused the idea of you visiting starting two months before dumping you and started cutting normal phone conversation short from about an hour to 10 minutes(it was a semi-long distance relationship), and suddenly new guys were popping up that were, and I quote, "nothing to worry about" even though they make comments like "You've got a great rack" and it doesn't bother your partner that these are her new friends and that's how they talk to her. Anyway, your back story in this is you are very compassionate and sensitive to her needs, you trust her and don't worry about the new friends other than saying "Those other guys worry me, but I trust you", you've been there for her whenever she needed comforting or a self esteem boost. You both wanted to get married and you were going to buy the ring. Guys or Gals, what did you think. Ladies, if you did this..why? Were you hiding something?

I have an IRA originally it was from a 401k, when I took this money out of the 401k I paid no interest, and recieved no penalty from taking this out since I rolled it over to an IRA. ok. i just bought a new comp like two days ago. there was a dvd burner for the master and a blank space under it for one more cd drive. i bought a new dvd burner today and when i connected it to the comp under the first one and go to my computer, there were no cd drives. they are both connected to the motherboard and power. when i take out the bottom one and restart, there is one cd drive in my computer. help???

My boyfriend an dI have been together for like 7 months and we have had an up and down relationship. Lately it seems like we've been fighting more and more and when we hang out he seems distant. I know he wouldn't cheat on me, but it seems like he's bored. I do admit that sometimes I get jealous and yell at him, but he does the same to me. He was supposed to see me today and he didn't go, then he called later and said he'd visit me at work, again he didn't show. He hasn't called me. This happend to me..i got a little offended that he told me that but then i played it off cool and flirted with him. I just said "well if i'm so bad, then teach me!" but the problem was the NEXT guy i made out with said the SAME thing. So i guess i'm doing SOMETHING wrong. hhmmm.. but then i made out with this mexican and i know i'm not a "good kisser" but i thought he was pretty dang good ((is that possible?)) and then he said i was one of the best kissers EVER!
