count your cycle days.
days 14-18 of your cycle are when you are most fertile.
(day 1 of your cycle is the first day of your period)
supposedly guy on top is the best position to conceive.

Well, I've been trying to get pregnant for one year and so far I'm not successful. I'm usually on the bottom and put lots of pillows under me after we have sex. I also stay in bed for up to an hour. I wish I knew a better way cuz I get bored with my feet up in the air.
