Maybe it depends on where you live....customer service is very good but signal is weak in SoCal. Lots of dropped calls :(

great customer service reasonable plans and a good selection of phones
one thing don't hesitate to call them when you have a problem they work with you

t-mobile isnt bad. they dont have a lot of hidden fees. they are great for family plans thats what they do best.
