I hear EVERYONE say, "eat breakfast. you won't get hungry later on in the day" etc.
I don't understand the specifics of this.
ALSO, I've heard that not eating breakfast means that you can't burn as many calories and/or that it doesn't let your metabolism work right?! That makes no sense. why can't I just eat later on in the day and THEN exercise??
That whole thing just doesn't make sense..
