My neighbor (+ good friend) is engaged to and Loves a guy who is about 25 years older than her + he comes originally from Mexico.

He has several adult kids from his marriage (he's a widower for about 10 years) and last week he and my friend were making luuuv in his bedroom and having fun when 2 of his adult daughters and 1 of his adult sons walked in on them!

They had let themselves in!! with a key!! to drop off Christmas poinsettas and stuff and opened the closed door and walked into the bedroom!!!

He put on his pants and shirt and went after his kids to talk with them and he has hardly said 2 words to my neighbor since. She's so embarrassed she doesn't want to face his kids.

Should she go to their traditional family Christmas meal or stay away? I told her she should go because she's going to be his new wife in a couple of months, despite the lack of privacy in his house.

It's Christmas!!! I. Things haven't been going right in my personal life with friends but, I was happy to see my family opening their presents and exchanging tidings of Christmas and a Happy New Year =). I know we don't live forever but I just want to be happy, but every year has its fair share of pain and struggle. Must the good always come with the bad? What do you think is the key to inner peace and happiness?

He : Once. . . . . . . . . .. . . . (Though I did'nt reply as he wanted. I replied with . . . "You must not be very interested in me if I remind you of a woman you divorced". He guided me of what I was ' supposed ' to ask and reply with. . . then I received his expressed punch line).

Kris W. Korbach on
State and Local Authority to
Enforce Immigration Law
June 2004

State Arrest Authority

The preliminary question is whether the states have inherent power (subject to federal preemption) to make arrests for violation of federal law. That is, may state police, exercising state law authority only, make arrests for violations of federal law, or do they have power to make such arrests only insofar as they are exercising delegated federal executive power? The answer to this question is plainly the former.

Background
The source of this authority flows from the states' status as sovereign entities. They are sovereign governments possessing all residual powers not abridged or superceded by the U.S. Constitution. The source of the state governments' power is entirely independent of the U.S. Constitution. See Sturges v. Crowninshield, 17 U.S. (4 Wheat.) 122, 193 (1819). (This article provides numerous sources.)

Or will their be complication? Like that I am a virgin and she’s not. Would she worry if we got together that I might cheat on her, because I have only been with her. Which I would not do. Also girls what are your experiences of dating a guy who is a virgin? And also if you dated a guy like me who was a virgin how would you react? And also I want my first love to be my last love is anything wrong with wanting that?

I just heard a 'thud' from the kitchen and went down to see Mr. GorgeousFluffpot face-down in the Christmas pudding mix. I left him there half an hour ago with a bottle of sherry and instructions to stir it in the mix but I suspect he has drunk it all..
So I have one snoring Mr.GorgeousFluffpot, who is slumped over the kitchen table, and a teetotal Xmas pudding.
Oh, and I have eight people arriving for lunch in two hours' time.
How do I wake up Mr. GF, get the cake mix off his beard, slosh-up the Xmas pud and get ready for lunch?

Im hearing ppl say things like "greatest rookie QB ever" and that they will be SB contenders within the next 2-3 years b/c of him...and that he should be rookie of the year and other things of that nonsense. How in the hell do ppl really believe this? Heres why, b/c most ppl dont even watch the freakin games they just tune on ESPN and see the Titans have been winning lately and give VY WAY to much credit. Here ya go...

Vince Young in 2006 w/ the Titans has the second lowest passer rating at 65.9 (terrible), he has the WORST completion percentage at 51.8% (terrible), and he only averages 127.8 ypg (terrible). He has thrown 12 TD's and 11 INT's (terrible). Even as a rookie he hasnt been that great at all, as a matter fact he has been below average and Id be worried. Yeah they have been winning, but mainly b/c of their defense/ST. Did you see the Jags game? LoL they GAVE the Titans the game, Titans had less than 100 yards of offense...thats HORRIBLE! VY is nothing special...
