recently i became a team leader. one of my team members thinks that she knows it all. she is rude and too aggressive as well. one time she was talking about religion and i told her that we have people in our team from different background and religions and i would really appreciate it if she would not bring this topic because it causes problems and we do not need that in our team. she kept arguing and saying that this is science and that it is education and that there are too many topics that are sensetive and that we cannot stop talking about this and that she wanted to talk to others about that and i said to her nicely this is not about education this is your opinion and your are imposing it on others and many of them do not like it and yes other issues sometimes are senestive but this specific topic can cause a lot of fraction and problems in the team. she also does not turn to me when she is talking to me. what do you think i need to do? how should i deal with her?

I went to a clothing optional beach last weekend in Miami, Florida and I was surprised at how many minors were on the beach. Most of them Why isseemed to be in groups with their friends. How does the law allow a 12 or 13 year old girl to be around grown naked men like that but in any other scenario it would be considered inappropriate and illegal. I am 31 years old and I was lying nude near the shore and when it turned to my right, I saw 5 teenage girls lying nearby none of them looked over 14. I felt weird because there I was totally naked on my back with my one incher there and these girls were looking over. I then took my towel, put on my flops and left to another part of the beach. Low and behold there was like 5 teens over there also, 3 boys and two girls. I felt like the beach was full of middle age or high school age kids. Why isnt this illegal? None of those girls were nude. In fact they all had on shorts or skirts. This leads me into thinking they are there to gawk.

If you tie something like a bandana behind the upper part of their front legs (like what would be the armpit area) around the chest they completely lose their balance. Does anyone know why? We love our cat and we don't tie it tight and it doesn't hurt the cat. She just gets mad at us sometimes and lays there and gives us dirty looks until we untie it.

It's always the something.....my back is killing me, my knee hurts, I hate my job and on and on. He has had 5 jobs within a year. I have had the same job for 4 years. My paycheck does not cover all the bills and food for my 3 kids and us plus all the extras, like gas. He has now been out of work for 2 months because of his back and I am at the point where I just want to SCREAM at him to get a job. I even switched to 3rd shift for the extra money, only to wake up one afternoon to find him chatting with women on the computer. So I switched back to days. I am not sure what to do anymore, he says he loves me, but I am not sure since he hasn't kept his promise to stop talking to these women. He has even called them and one woman only lives 20 mins from us and about 5 mins from his brother's house (who he seems to be visiting a lot lately). I know I have a lot of issues going on here, but any advice would be greatly appreciated.
