no the fighting was just a stunt but the people in the conference room where they fought were real people and so were alot of the other people in the movie i.e the college dudes in the camper,the society people at dinner,the rodeo etc. borat is just a character of sasha baron cohen who also does ali g, and no about pamela anderson she was in on the gag hope this helps.

Borat is not a true character.He is played by british Jewish actor Sacha Baron Cohen.Pamela was in on the joke.the scene in the hotel was real.sacha Cohen has a show on HBO called "Da Ali G Show" in which he plays 3 characters:Ali G,Borat & Bruno.in the series ALi G is the funniest and he actualy has his own movie too!

it was a huge lie/joke/poor attempt at comedy. Borat is played by a man who is actually Jewish, but I don't remember his name.
