depends on the person and chemistry..that mostly decides the time, long or short term..just like in any relationship

I think women, as a whole, are more inclined to want relationships.
Genetically we are programed to possibly pop out kids-- which means we are looking for a partner who will stay with us and help provide for those kids.
Now... don't get me wrong... I'm perfectly happy not having kids and supporting myself.
BUT genetically and chemically, women in general are pre-programed to want relationships. Age isn't usually an issue.
