This may be a little long............I may be overreacting a little, but for being a first time mom I dont really think that i am, we were at an in laws house last night and my half sister in law just loves our new baby, wants another one of her own, but can have one........so given she acts like when we come over its hers! Okay i dont have a problem with that, but last night she decides to go goo goo gaga and stick her fingers in my babys mouth for like 3 minutes playing with her, cuz my baby loves suckiing on her own fingers, am I nuts for thinking that is totally wrong and disgusting and way out of line.........I just felt like it was rude and uncalled for. I would like peoples comments. Thanks!!!

through my life i have found all belief to be a state of depression, reasoning with the ability to pretend, why can't people see they are here now, instead they sacrifice their own life for a manmade cause/belief. She hung all over me, and she had been flirting with me. I start to show some interest back, and she becomes a little nervous about starting a conversation with me. She would always be around me, but she waited for me to start the conversations. Once the conversation starts it usually goes on and on, but she will not look me in the eye as much. She looks down more and tenses whenever we touch, yet she continues to find ways to touch me again despite her nervousness. Why is she suddenly so nervous around me?

Everyday in the media, someone well known gets rapped for saying and doing something that is allegedly "offensive" to some other group of people.

Often, it seems to me that these stories border on the ludicrous, denouncments fly, lawsuits threatened on a whim, it seems like a never ending cycle that is designed to help a few people and bully others in a odd new breed of hatred. Free speech and expression seem almost too unnatural now among public figures who walk in a odd climate of fear.

So...do you feel that the Politically Correct movement has gone too far...or not far enough?

So I am 5 weeks and I am already showing....I'm showing enough that people notice when I am out and about! I know it's not the baby already cause it is way too small to show but why am I getting bigger so soon. I'm 5'5" and normally weigh around 125.
