I am spending Christmas with family friends, because I am unable to go home and my husband is in Iraq.
I have bought gifts for 5 memebers of the family I bought visa gift cards each in the denomination of $50 , the only problem is that of these 5 people there are two husband and wives and one individual. I don't want it to seem as if I favor the one without a wife,however, it was a fact that slipped my mind until now. I can't get refunded on the card so I am going to give it to him....but do I need to give the others additional gifts?

I would like to know if I am just being paranoid or really do have something to worry about. I am married to a wonderful man whom I love and trust and I know he is a big flirt but I have noticed at the last few family functions, he's always glancing at or looking for my cousin's wife and finds a reason to specifically talk to her. And I think she has noticed the special attention too. Before, he never really talked to her but 2 years ago, at a reunion, they started chatting and somehow clicked and ever since, he will find a way to pair off with her exclusively. No one has noticed but me but I feel his interest is too much and these last two holiday functions, I feel it is being reciprocated. It's like when we're all together, they try to act normal but they both come off looking and acting guilty. It's not noticeable to anyone but me because I feel like it's my wife's instinct catching it. He's the type who likes to have attention from women but I get the sense that there's more to it.

that supposedly ate the little girls toes off? It wasn't the dog it was their pet ferret that did it, the dad just blamed the dog because he didnt like it. Another bad wrap for pit bulls that was unjustified. No wonder people think they are bad dogs. It makes me mad that they would blame the dog just because they are pit bulls!! What do you guys think?

I was wonder what are the average SAT 2:subject test for schools like Stanford, USC, and Cornell.
I got a 1700 on the SAT 750 on Math Level 2 and 600 on Physics
Do I have a shot at getting in or should i apply to smaller schools?

Not one single church teaches and practices ALL that is in the bible since it contains so many contradictory teachings. Churches just pick and choose what to teach and preach and ignore the rest of it. That's why there are so many different denominations with so many different contradictory teachings and practices. It all started with the bible.

I like a guy and right now he isnt living where I live (me: sweden - him:america). He came here last summer and we played with each other and his little brother. It was really fun and he is nice to me, a little stubborn and yeah, guy's personalities. I want to know how he thinks about me but how? Tell him that I like him? NO WAY! I believe that no matter where you reside, be it the Middle East, China, or the United States the vast majority of the people only wish for an opportunity for a good job and a safe place to raise their kids.

Furthermore, while the majority population may be religious I think most would agree that their religion does not have an absolute monopoly on the truth, that people who do not believe what they do will not necessarily be damned for eternity, that there is room for peaceful co-existence, and ultimately that a persons actions are much more important then their words or professed beliefs.

Assuming this is true, and the majority of the population feels this way, how can you leverage these people and beliefs into true political and social change?

When I connected my internet connection to another computer the internet speed was good. So, The problem is not with the internet service or cable but with my computer. I reinstalled XP twice but it didn't work. The consequences are that the browsers(internet explorer or Firefox) open the pages EXTREMELY slowly, Messenger takes a lot of time to sign-in, Very slow downloads etc. PLEASE HELP !!
