There are more and more women getting senior positions in organisations, which is great. The one thing I notice is that the women who often get to the top. e.g. Margaret Thatcher tend to become very masculine. It seems that the women have adapted to fit in with men. It would be nice to see women staying feminine and still reaching powerful positions in the world. Women shouldn't have to adapt to fit in to the top ranks.
What are your thoughts on this?

I just recently paid off all my credit card bills from college and my score is fairly low since I was in between jobs and was late paying on most of the cards. I do not want another credit card ever. I do have an auto loan that is paid on time every month out of my paycheck, but will that be enough to raise my score? Or will I have to eventually get another card to pay off each month?

OK- I know it sounds really bad but someone bought us a gift and it's broke. Well, now the store no longer carries this type of vacumme so they won't take it back even though it's not even a couple weeks old!! It's completely broken, the engine never worked correctly - I called the manufactor and they won't fix it unless I pay for parts and to ship the darn thing!! I am going crazy!! This thing was like $150.... and now they have a new model in the store which is a little more. I am seriously thinking about buying a new one and throwing the old one in the box and returning it. Is that terrible??
Has anyone ever done this before?? If you have let me know if you got away with it!! LOL
Yes, I know it's bad Karama... but I am just so mad at the store for not trying to help me or replace it!!
