after upgrading to version 7 explore im getting popup clickme there very much a pest when im in the middle of something. how do i get rid of them already have popup activated. help

I have been seeing alot of this lately with IE7 upgrades. I wonder if some download sites are infected with spyware/adaware. I know that I upgraded directly from Microsoft and did not have any problems.
Anyway get the 2 programs below.
Download, update and run Spybot---http://www.safer-networking.org/ . Don't forget to use the Immunize feature.
Download, update and run Adaware---http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/products/select_your_product.php
