There are now Tofu Turkeys (I think called Tofurkeys) that you can prepare.

If you like to cook, make your own nut loaf/lentil loaf/meatless lasagna/stuffed squash/etc. The options are endless.

If not, Quorn roast or Tofurky or packaged lentil loaf. Maybe with some nice white gravy or roasted red pepper sauce.

well, make everything that meat-eaters make except for the chicken/turkey.
prepare...

garlic bread
pasta/spaghetti
veggie burgers
fries
green bean casserole
soup
