Your mom to make your food.

Moms not in the kitchen,

A bloody knife is on the floor,

Is mommy in the bathroom?
Is she lying on the floor?
A pool of blood beside her,
She couldn't take it anymore.

You know she's dead already,
As you run to get the phone,

You run away from home.

You're sitting on the sidewalk,
As the screaming engines roar.
Now Mommy's in the hospital,
On the very lowest floor.

When she asked where Mommy was,
The nurse, she only shrugged.
Nurse told her she was sleeping,
And would not be waking up.

ok we are the victoms of a stupid math teacher..we can use a calculater but not just find all of the awnsers with it ..we must use a arithmatic formula..
this is the problem:
A woman begins working for a salary of 30,000 per year and gets a $2,000 raise each year. How many years must she work in order for her total earnings to reach 1 million dollars?

We think that it might be 1000000=n(30,000+an)/2

THIS IS DUE TOMORROW SO PLEASE HELP US>...this is not a joke.......

a) f(x) = (3x)/(x-2)

b) f(x)= (x-5)/(x^2+6x+5)

In problem "a" I tried solving for x, but when I graphed it the answer didn't seem to be right (according to the graphing calc.).

In problem "b", you can't solve for x because the of the x^2 (I think?), so I tried the other method, which involved dividing all the numbers by the highest power of x. The result left me somewhat confused. Can anyone explain this please? x_x

My ex has not been in the picture for about 3 years, my daughter lives with me and has not seen her mom in that long. I still talk to her family sometimes but i have no contact with her (her choice). Today i found out that my ex had a baby a while ago and so my daughter has a sister. The thing is that i don't know what to do about this situation, if my ex wanted our daughter to know then she would have said something but she didn't. The whole thing is, should i say something to my daughter about it or not say a word to her and not let her know, take into acount that there is no contact and my daughter will not see her half sister. Should i say something or just keep quiet about it and not mention it. My daughter is only 6, she may not understand things as a a grownup

I keep hearing missionaries and preachers (mostly from Christian and Catholic denominations) saying that if you believe in anything else other than a single monotheistic being, God, then you are wrong, and any other form of religion that you practice (like Buddhism, Islam, Zoastrianism, Paganism, etc.) is false, and it's the work of the Devil trying to deceive you.
