I thought he was actually a very good 007, and was apparently the closest of all the Bonds to the real Ian Flemming character! Unfortunately he was Welsh.

Before you crucify me, let me give you the back story.

I've been working with this guy for many months now. We've had a friendly yet totally platonic relationship. Over the last several weeks, we engaged in light/mild flirtation, nothing more. Right before he returned to the US (we're both deployed from the same unit), our flirtations grew. I asked him for a kiss before he left and he didn't say no. In fact, he encouraged it, so I kissed him.

I have since found out his wife asked for a divorce citing separation as the key factor. His wife doesn't live where we are stationed.

Now, I like to think of myself as a fairly intelligent person. Should I take this kiss as anything more than a one time kiss or is there something more?

I got a new mobile phone yesterday and the people in the shop says "all you have to do is charge it and thats all" but today i find out when you dial the mobile's number it says "number not in service" but i can dial people from the phone and it works , its weird. Also when you go to text messages and "create new message" it says "set up required" then if you click "set up now" it reads these options:

Valididty Period
- 1 hour
- 1 day
- 1 week
- network maximum

I have no idea what this is to do with. Iam guessing overall its a faulty sim or they havnt set it up right in the shop, so ill need to take it back, anyone have any ideas what else could be up with it ?, its a Sony Ericsson k750i (O2).

Hi all!
I have an issue that keeps coming up over and over again. I'm in a long-distance relationship. I'm 20 and my girlfriend is in 21; we live a 7-hour drive away from each other and see each other once a month.
The thing is, she's attending community college from home and hasn't had the chance to become independent yet - she still relies on her friends a lot.
We have a rule where we have to talk for at least an hour a day without others. Right now she's on a week-long vacation with friends, and has talked to me about 20 minutes for the past 2 days under this rule.
In short, she's been calling me for 2-minute intervals when with friends and when she says she dedicated time to talk to me, and gets interrupted by friends, she hangs up with me to be with them.
We love each other very much, but when this happens, it's painful. I've talked to her about it several times already.
What should I do?

I know you should "follow your heart" but rather go with the heart that gives bad advice and turns out (no, really!) to BE bad advice or listen to logic, whose results are happier than the formal?

My mother (70 years old) owns 25% of the property she lives in, with another relative owning the remaining 75%. My mother wants to hand her share over to me now, with an apporoximate vale of £50,000. She would remain living in the property. Are there any tax implications? (the whole estate is under the CGT threshold)
