I have skystar 2 satellite card installed on my PC. How can I connect to the Internet using this sat card?

Whoever supplied the card and dish should have either provided instructions or should arrange for installation. It's a receive only solution and requires a dial-up connection for the upstream connection and a special account with the satellite internet provider.
