If you mean Hoe. they have always been legal.
You can buy them from any hardware store or DIY supermarket.
they normally retain at under a tenner and the use of them really keeps the weeds down!
But if you mean a whore (Prostitute) then that is different.
it always helps if you spell correctly - then people know what you want to ask!
So please clarify!

Legalise the ho and ban women who see men as milking cows. If prostitution is doing it for money, lots of "legal" women are doing it, too. And I am saying this as a woman.

Its the oldest profession in the world and banning it won't work, it would simply drive it further underground.
At least by providing safe areas that are monitored and with regulation for them it can be a lot safer. We would all know where they are and people that don't like it can stay away.

prostitution is legal in the uk, youre just not allowed to stand on street corners. people do that anyway. so in answer to your question - both things are actually already done - hos are legal and theyre band from the streets. they just walk the streets anyway there arent enough policemen to stop them.

Legalise brothels so they have a safer working environment and also ban them from working on the streets where they are putting themselves in danger.

Target Men who use prostitutes. If there was not a market they would not be able to sell their 'wares'.
Don't think it will stamp it out, but at least it will criminalise men who satisfy their needs by contributing to keep women enslaved in addiction.
