I feel hungry all the time! I know I am eating too much; easily over 2,000 calories a day. Someone of my height and weight only needs about 1,500 as it is, and that makes me WAY too hungry. What are some ways to trick my stomach into feeling full? I don't know why my body is telling itself it needs to eat more when it doesn't. Also, I know its a common suggestion, but please don't say to drink water. That backfires for me and makes me MORE hungry!!! I don't know why, but it does!
