The woman agreed to walk with him. While walking together, the man said "I'm very scared when I walk alone around cemetries at night", to which the woman responded "I used to be too when I was alive."

my boyfriend n i have been goin out for about a month and half now and he's been tellin me about this "job corps" thingy..he's been tell me bout dis ever since but he never really made a decision bout how he's gonna go bout it like where he's goin. den recently he would mention dat he's movin 2 Utah (we living here in cali now) but he would mention it lin a way like oh it's not gonna happen kinda thing but den D other day, we were sittin and he was all "i should have a goin away christmas"..i was all "y?" den he says "cuz i'm goin away" 2 my shock i was kinda suprised den i asked "when?" he said Jan. 8 which is like 3-4 weeks from now..soo sooon..what should i do? because it'll be hard for me to have a long distance relationship..but den again. i do really like him a lot..for him probably be a no big deal because he might think we haven't been goin out for awhile because he's had longer relationships but for me it's kinda big cause i haven't had a lot of bfs n he's like my real real bf

I am in love with a semi-functioning alcoholic, he works most of the time, but he doesn't stay at jobs for more then a year or two at a time, he drinks beer constantly and admits he is an alcoholic. He doesn't really have anyone who truly cares about him but me. We have a son together, but because of his drinking, and the behavior that accompnies it infidelity, too much out in the streets, I am no longer with him. My questions are, How do I help him without being with him. (Everytime I cave and go visit him it's the same, "you don't know how much I care, I miss u so much, I can't breathe without u") He knows I am in love with him, so I personally think the things he says are cruel. But, I have unconditional love for him, and just want to help him without traumatizing my son. SUGGESTIONS?
And why doesn't he love his son enough to stop drinking?

My supervisor vebally assaulted me calling me a d i c k, and ******, amoungst other things because I reported him to my manager for leaving 15 minutes without coverage, which I AM supposed to do. He then set up a sting with a friend of his and took a picture of me without my consent with my feet up and gave me a write up for it. It was clearly an act of vengeance. Keep in mind, that I am in front of computer monitors all shift, and it's very difficult to stay comfortable there. Can I sue?

I know every body tells you to go to college.What i have notticed is two things.
One
That it is hard to pay for college.I can not get a schlorship or grants.While if you get a loan, you may be paying for it for a while like my friends.
Second
I know some people that when they do get a degree they either work in what they did not even major in, or they still end up working at a crappy job because they can not find any jobs.

I've heard from so many people that it's super-competitive. For example, I go to STJ with undecided major and thought of changing to Pharm Major since they had a college of pharm, but these guys only accept incoming freshmen, and no trasfer students because they have straing 6 yr program.
A college of pharm staff spent 20 mins explaining how tough their admission process is, claiming 200 spots out of supposedly over 2000 applicants. Less than 10% is indeed quite competitive, but when he furthur clarified the SAT range of accepted applicants, he mentioned their "savvy" students had between 990~1300. To me, that's not that savvy at all. And infact, I don't wanna sound like I'm boasting, but I have better SAT score than their top 10% pharm freshmen.
So my question is, how competitive is it really for transfer students to enter Pharm D program after completing 2 years of Pre-Pharm course. In other words, is it really quantity or quality? What's the middle range score of PCAT?

Ok so i know that studies have shown that it is NOT a deterant and all that. And i agree that it isn't. however, i am doing a pro death penalty debate and i need to find evidence to show that the death penalty DOES deter crime....
