George Bush did not invade Iraq. The USA did. He needed the congress to approve it. He just cant say we are going. When the he(( are we going to quit just blaming Bush and lay the blame on all of the Federal govt

I am for the War. It is about WMD's and terrorism. No I do no buy into the we never found the WMD's we have. Saddam paid and supported Palastine sucide bombers. Aka Terrorists. He supported Al Queda also.

Yes, the war has removed Saddam from Power. Attempting to set Iraq on the way to peace. Seriously, as bad as USA seems. Put yourself in any Middle East country. Think about it. Living in complete fear everyday. 9/11 as sad as it was is nothing compared to what the Iraqi people face everyday and not because of the USA. This has been churning for years. Would have happened if Saddam would have just died from a simple car wreck.

Do any of you people read a paper or watch the news at all?
1. If it was for oil, Bush was really bad since he didn't take it! I wish he had!
2. Second the UN had 16 different resolutions which Iraq broke. All calling for force of arms. It's not just America, there is over 20 other countries involved. America just gets the press as it is easy for whiners to blame them for everything.
3. France, Britain, Germany, Russia, Italy, Isreal , the UN, and John Kerry and Bill Clinton ALL said he had WMD's. Hell Saddam even said he had them and threatened to use them if the Coalition forces attacked.
I can understand why somone may disagree with the war, and I do not like the way we are fighting it myserlf. But if you cannot figure how and why it started, you are not smart enough to get off your porch at night without your mommy!

Why is a question that has been asked for thousands of years. Did we invade Iraq? yes Sorry I just get tired of the same old drivel. Wait and see pray for peace hope that either the terrorists change their ways or we are able to kill enough of the silly bastards so they quit attacking innocient people. But why am I wasting my time if you really don't know what's going on by now then I can't help you.

It was the United States policy that Saddam Hussein was to be removed from power. This policy was instituted by President Bill Clinton. Hussein broke 17 UN Resolutions, he should have been removed from power by the United Nations years ago, yet they did nothing.

One thing I want to mention is that the war's objective was to take out Saddam Hussein, we did that. We don't have to stay there. Historically there is little precedent for a victorious nation to stay in a defeated country to help rebuild. Attempting to do that is a noble gesture. Whether or not we should still be there is up for debate.

Now is not to ask the reason why. now is to either do or die.

We are far beyond asking why it happened. It is here. Now we have to deal with it. Everyday people on all sides of this conflict are dieing needless and often brutal deaths.

The fact that much of it is happening for reasons beyond our understanding just makes all the more challenging a task.

The real question is how do we fix it with the least amount of damage possible.

Annnnnd, who do we hold accountable for the tragic waste that the entire county now seems to be saddled with. Was getting Saddam Hussein worth the BILLIONS of dollars, the thousands of U.S. and ten of thousand of Iraqi lives that have been lost?

These are the questions we must ask now. As hard as they may be to answer.

The only good to come out of the war is the capture of Saddam Hussein(think that is how you spell) Other than that it is pointless loss of life. The only reason Bush invalided is,Cos he could.
