Not only did we arm and train Osama Bin Laden we have created most of the monsters we have had to deal with over the past 40 years or more. Manuel Noriega, Kadafi, The Shaw of Iran, Saddam Hussein, And the list goes on. We are the ones who created every monster listed on this page. Noriega was a CIA operative for goodness sake!
