I will say all occupation generates more income. It depends on your country and opportunity to work in a nice company. Based on your choice above, I would say Doctor generates more income in the sense that you can start your one business with little capital or work in the Government or Private hospital.

Doctor but sometimes lawyers can do well if they are really good.

Lawyers make most of their money off doctors anyway.
