I'm pretty sure it's considered unhealthy, because you are overeating. It not only depends on the types of foods you eat, but how may times you eat. There are plenty of overweight people that eat healthy foods, but eat too much of them.

u can choose to spread the 3 major meals into smaller meals its actually better because your stomach will almost always never be/feel empty
if its 14 small meals yes its good but if its 14 normal meal portions then something is wrong
just remember to exercise more if you intend to eat more.
healthy food is one thing, whether is it sufficient nutrition is another thing
