the draw for the knock-out stage of the 2006-2007 UEFA Champions' League will takes place on Friday, 15 December 2006 @ 12:00 CET at UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland. the first leg will be played on 20 & 21 February 2007 while the return leg will be played on 06 & 07 March 2007.

the following teams have qualified for the knock-out stage of the 2006-2007 UEFA Champions' League:

Group winners:
Chelsea - ENGLAND
Bayern Munich - GERMANY
Liverpool - ENGLAND
Valencia CF - SPAIN
Olympique Lyonnaise - FRANCE
Manchester United - ENGLAND
Arsenal - ENGLAND
AC Milan - ITALY

Group runners-up:
FC Barcelona - defending champions - SPAIN
Internazionale Milan - ITALY
PSV Eindhoven - NETHERLANDS
AS Roma - ITALY
Real Madrid CF - SPAIN
Glasgow Celtic - SCOTLAND
FC Porto - PORTUGAL
LOSC Lille Metropole - FRANCE

the group winners will play against the other group runners-up & the winner of these match-ups will progress to the quarter-finals.

teams from the same country & also those teams who have played each other in the group stage will NOT be drawn together. the group runners-up will host the first match while the group winners will host the return match.

i imagine Liverpool and guy Utd (Celtic and Villarreal, both communities i somewhat reported i did not choose) have the hardest universal, yet Arsenal have 2 very complicated away video games to play adversarial to Fenerbahce and Dynamo Kiev. Chelsea couldn't have picked a significantly better crew in the adventure that they tried! yet even with the reality that there are not any basic video games contained in the CL.

real madrid and barcelona both with a good chance of landing english teams (except barcelona wont get chelsea)... but u might very likely get Real MAdrid vs Manchestar, or Real Madrid v Chelsea.. should be exciting
