I have a 2 year old son who's father never established paternity. I want to leave the state. Can I do so without informing him, and how do I keep him from coming back 10 years from now? I want no child support, I just want him to have no contact. Also there is a criminal no contact order thorugh the city that I live hime because of domestic violence and there is an extended order for protection against domestic violence. He has spent approx 300 days in jail for domestic violence on 2 seperate occasions.

have been with my boyfrined for nearly 2 years we have been through so much we are now living in separate countrys and are still going strong .I love him but i dont under stand why people cant belive in that . Yes i no the chances of forever arent huge but there is still a chance.
