Recently I have realized that I look older than my age. Now I am planning a number of steps to regain my younger look . I am listing these steps below . Correct me if I am wrong. Also add some points if you have .


1. Start using olive oil instead of vegetable oil for cooking.

2. Increase fruits intake especially papaya , orange , apple

3. Start using whole wheat bread instead of white bread.

4. Take 1 vitamin E tablet daily (400 IU)

5. Wash face morning & evening with face wash , use liquid soap instead of bar soap .

6. Jogging & exercise daily morning for 1 hour

7. Avoid sugar (except natural form) & keep salt usage minimum

8. Stop drinking alcohol ..

...Please give me some more points.

I was running along beside a police car when they were chasing down Ricky, but then I ran into a pole, and suddenly I knew how to fly. I flew, but I was eating spaghetti while I was flying, and some dropped on the president's head (but he wasnt bush, so I think I'm predicting the future), because he was bald. That made his head turn red because there was sauce on the spaghetti, and then he was angry. Thats when I saw a nuke go off, and the force blew me out of the sky. Suddenly I was in kentucky playing poker with that same president and two really tall men. My dream ended just as I was about to shoot someone for beating me.

My younger sister is going through a bad time..just moved somewhere new, lives with someone who is incompatible, and wants to talk about it all the time. im running out of ways to console her. she is overseas, and i feel so helpless when she is upset about something that happened to her. she is used to having her boyfriend and friends around, and this whole thing is making her doubt her capacity as a an independent person. on top of it, she just went there for school, and she wont be done for 3 more years.

A monkey is sitting in a tree smoking a joint when a lizard walks past,
looks up, and says to the monkey: "Hey! What are you doing?"

The monkey says: "Smokin' a joint. Come up and have some."

So the lizard climbs up and sits next to the monkey and they have a few
tokes together. After a while, the lizard says his mouth is dry and that
he's going to get a drink from the river. The lizard climbs down the tree, ditty hops on through the jungle to the river, and leans over the riverbank to get his drink. Well, the lizard is so stoned that he leans too far over and falls into the river. A crocodile sees this, swims over to the lizard, and helps him to the side. The crocodile asks: "What's the matter with you??"

The lizard explains to the crocodile that he was sitting in a tree, smoking
a joint with the monkey, got too stoned, and fell into the river while
taking a drink. The crocodile decides he has to check out this hippie
monkey, who must have some really good weed, and walks off into the jungle.
He finds the monkey still sitting in a tree and stoking on a joint. The
crocodile looks up and says: "Hey, you!"

The monkey looks down and says: "Ffuuucccckkkk dude! How much water did
you drink??"

I'm bi polar, and two and a half years ago, I experienced the worst depression of my life. I am currently taking 2 different medications - one for depression and a mood stabilizer, my depression has improved a great deal, but my life has no meaning anymore, and I can no longer find pleasure in anything, no interest in anything. Since my depression, I started having panic attacks and am afraid of just about everything these days. I even had to give up my car because of all of the anxiety is was causing me. I used to be almost a workaholic, but now I can't even work!!! Just the thought of turning in a resume or job application creates such anxiety that I can't even make a resume or fill out an application.
At times I am soooo numb from my depression that I can't even cry, other times I cry over the silliest things and can't stop. I see a psychiatrist, a counselor, and support group, nothing helps.Has anyone else been here???, and lived to see light again?? PLEASE HELP I'm sinking fast..

I'm just thinking about a realm of thought that has never been proven yet still has provided humankind with answers. Although the answers may have led to scientific theory and experiments, why deny the importance of knowledge seeking and out of the box thinking.
I havn't been on the site for a few months but still see others try to shatter the dreams of their own kind.
Sometimes I wonder if the mind we are trying to manipulate or trying to convince them to leave their own ideas behind, we are actually doing more harm than good.

Anyways, instead of subcategorizing ourselves into a "Unique" or "Different" label, I don't understand why we can't just all consider ourselves co-creators and dreamers.
Bringing dreams into the now; Thoughts onto paper and into physical structure or a similar manner.

I am a good father and I am not with my children’s mother, but I pay child support and my children visit me during the weekends. I have two daughters ages 6 and 2. My ex-wife complains and bitches about everything and makes petty situations out of something big. My ex brought my 6 year old a cell phone and when she comes and visits me she is constantly on the cell phone with her mother. I feel like this is an invasion of privacy in my household so I designate a time that my daughter can contact her mother. My 6 year old hates spending the night over my house on the weekends because she hates my rules. I have been dealing with my ex-wife and her drama and looking at my daughters bald up face every time I pick her up for almost 2 years now. My daughter seem so much happier with their mother and I guess daughters just want to be with their mothers more. Maybe its best that I visit them during the day some days and take them back to their mother instead of them spend the night with me.

Problem 1:

Prove that (2n)! < ((2n+1)/2)^2n

Problem 2:

if x^2 - ax + b=0 and x^2 - bx +a=0 both have real distinct roots for real a,b then prove that the solution set (a,b) is (5,6)


Ppl although any kind of solution is welcome please try to come up with a clever one as my own version of solutions are rather round about!
