I just found out my sister in law is hosting christmas eve. At thansgiving, her and my brother in law strutted right by me (when they arrived at my inlaws) without even acknowleging me. My sister in law also "helped out in the kitchen" without washing her hands! It was easy to avoid the items she touched that day, but she's making the whole meal! Aside from boycotting the event, what should I do?

Every step I walk up both my knees click, it's quite loud and even has woken my daughter before. My knees don't hurt normally but if I run upstairs they feel weak and hurt, what could be the problem? Is it serious enough to see a doctor?

My friend Anhsu and I went to school and college in Srinagar, Kashmir. I met her last in 1985. She lived in Amirakadal in Srinagar. She had a younger brother named Sanjay. I have a building with an elevator, I have been told that it needs a Shunt Trip wired through a Heat Detector to deactivate the Elevator.

All I can tell you is, the Elevator is 60A 220V, so have been told that is what my shunt unit should disconnect, but how do I wire the incoming power? The Heat detectors that we used elsewhere in the building are 24v wired from a Class B wiring, using single pair wiring, and E.O.L resistors. Can I use power from my Fire Alarm Panel, or do I have to use a different Heat Detector, what do I need to do, and how do I wire it?
