I think you mean improve eyesight. There are only two ways, laser treatment or glasses. There are exercises to improve the muscles that the eye uses. An optomotrist trained in those methods can help you.
As far as exercises, the best I've found after losing 65 lbs. is walking. It is easier on the joints when you're heavier. Find an indoor place like a mall when the weather is bad.

I think you mean 'increase' eyesight rather than 'reduce' - all I know is that carrots are very good but other than that, not sure. As for the weight issue, I really don't think you need to lose weight; you sound like you're in a healthy weight range, if not underweight.

Well, having a better diet is a start. No sweets, only whole grains and wheat. Cut out high fat foods, and replace any dairy with low fat of fat free. No soda! Drink LOTS of water, and start eating fruits and veggies. Depending when you leave for work...You could get up early and go for a jog/walk for 20minutes 4-5 days out of the week. Or you could go after work. You have to work for fitness, it is never handed to you. And I am positive any business has a legal obligation to give workers at least 15-30min breaks. This sounds like a poor excuse. Get off that bum and work for it like the rest of us!
