Jeep Transmission slipping after recent replaced radiator, are the two connected?

My jeep has about 80000 miles on it. I recently (two days ago) replaced the radiator because it was leaking when cold. Now, (two days after repair) my Jeep is making dentist drill noises in drive and low gears, no unusual noises in park and neutral. It has been exceptionally cold outside so I wondered if this was a result of a cold engine, but havent driven it long enough to test this out, or, is it possible there is something wrong with the radiator install since it happened on the heels of that repair? The transmission seems to slip if i press the accelerator to much. If i ease into everything and go very slow it makes noise but doesnt slip. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Does any one here work for Best Buy corporate?

I just read an article about a program called ROWE at Best Buy's corporate headquarters. I think they are definitely on the right track. I'm not at all surprised in the record breaking increase in production in employees, retention of employees and morale of employees. It is so true that many jobs can be done from just about anywhere and if you are happy with your job, you will perform better. Who wouldn't be happy if they could work from anywhere at anytime??

Anyone working in an office environment knows that there is a lot of wasted time there. There is alot of wasted time in shuffling paperwork. Technology is changing everyday and we no longer need to sit in a cubicle to get our job done.

Kudos to Best Buy! There will be problems, as in every program, but, the benefits will outweigh those problems!! Keep it up and you will transform the working world as we know it!! This is what innovation is all about!

is it alright to uninstall ms sql server 2005 from my pc and replace it with sql server 2000?

would it affect some of my programs? i don't know if any of my programs use ms sql 2005. i use VB 2005 and visual web developer 2005. my framework is 2.0. however i don't have sql management tools 2005. that is why i have to remove sql server 2005 from my pc and replace it with sql server 2000 and sql 2000 enterprise edition because that is what i have. ms sql server 2005 i believe is preinstalled in my notebook.

is it SAFE to UNINSTALL ms sql server 2005 and replace it with 2000?

im worried that it might cause malfunction to my other programs and softwares.. PLS HELP.
