I don't see how one is connected to the other. Unless of course your not married. Kind of defeats the purpose of fasting if you are having premarital sex....but within a marraige, I don't think it matters.

Sounds like someone is contradicting themselves.... =)

Bad Boy! This world, between culture, religion etc.......the whole world is either going to be Agnostic or Athiest. Are you a truly cruel person if you have sex and go on fasting the same day?.....I don't think so.......Would I be able to have sex in the SIGHT of God....you mean like in a church, a picture (me personally, No), or just in general??? In general, you can't feel to guilty because everyone is HUMANE. If you admit to your doings which you seem to have than your not lying to yourself or God (which is a good thing). If you have sex and than pray for your sins and just keep doing it and than praying to forgive your sins than that's wrong. Your in good hands and I believe you probaly are a good person at heart and thats all that counts. If you are a cruel, malicious, vindictive, misery loves company etc....type of guy than there is no hope for you until you decide to change your heart.....but it seems like your on the right path......don't feel to guilty.....your good! Good Luck =)

This is such a whacked view of God like He is a parrot sitting on your shoulder or that fasting was ever thought of by God in the first place. People subjugate themselves to man made religions and self proclaimed religious leaders who make up all kinds of rules and punishments and guilts that have nothing to do with God. Religion was invented buy men to control mankind and I think that all of these social and political institutions that are set up by men in God's name are really blasphemous. If you allow false prophets to come between you and God then you are lost anyhow.

Not if you are having sex with your spouse.

1 Corinthians 7:2But since there is so much immorality, each man should have his own wife, and each woman her own husband. 3The husband should fulfill his marital duty to his wife, and likewise the wife to her husband. 4The wife's body does not belong to her alone but also to her husband. In the same way, the husband's body does not belong to him alone but also to his wife. 5Do not deprive each other except by mutual consent and for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer. Then come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.

If you want some time alone with God you can by mutual agreement with your spouse abstain from sex for a time, but it certainly isn't wrong in His sight to have sex with your spouse just because you have decided to go on a fast or a prayer vigil.

Fasting for G, hhhhmmm??? well..the whole point is to leave everything aside and leave all TEMPTATION for fasting and prayer, just to concentrate on G, to have some sort of direct connection with Him. Not that you dont have a connection on a daily basis, is just more personal, is just a day that you are giving up everything for G, and I mean EVERYTHING.
G bless ^i^

No, if no sex was had none of us would be around. Fasting is a matter of choice, no one will be going to hell if these two things are done in the same 24 hour period.

Depends if you're a Muslim or not. Maybe for Christians who fast it is permitted? I'm not sure. But for Muslims it is definitely not permitted while fasting because we are training ourselves to let go of worldly vices - and sex can certainly be one of them.

well it depends if you had sex because you are married this would be ok before the fast start you would have to do Gushl and start your fast or you could wait it the fast is over after you break the fast yes it would ok in Allah's eyes and then take gushl again to cleanse yourself ...now if you are not married the answer would be YES very wrong in Gods eyes....

well aslong as you are married you can have sex. Otherwise it would seem to defeat the purpose of fasting if having sex outside of marriage.

I'm sure there is not anything in the Bible that
saying that is wrong. Fasting has nothing to due
with sex. You should take advantage of both.
