Well, peacock eels aren't particularly aggressive but they will readily eat any fish that can fit in their mouths, and they grow up to 10 inches, so compatible fish would have to be large, such an angelfish, keyhole cichlid, kribensis cichlid, gouramis, rainbows, red-tail sharks...
