Have you sent in your $3500 check yet?

The most conservative estimate is that the war will cost the US $1 trillion. That's almost $3500 per person for the war. I don't care what your reasons are for supporting the war, but if you truly support it, don't you think you should send in a check for your part?

By the way, you haven't already paid for it with taxes. Even without the war in Iraq, the US is spending much more then taxes are generating. So your taxes don't even begin to pay for the war effort.

Or are you a liberal who expects others to pay for your part?

I've tried to disable "Enable driver level protection" in Sygate and install klimsetup.exe (as instructed in Kaspersky forum) with no success, still have no connection (can't browse web, etc..). Things go well when i uninstall either of them.

Does anyone have any suggestion? I love both of them.

Why and how can we condone the spending of billions of dollars for NASA to fly to the moon and beyond when the money could be used for so many things that affect us right here,right now?I find it appalling that we can't feed and clothe some of our citizens but we fund a bunch of space boys to play Star Trek.There are much better ways to spend the money.I realize the government is involved,but still,this is ridiculous.After almost after 40 years since we landed on the moon,what has been accomplished that warrants this kind of waste?

My goldfish has been large for two to three months. Twice her width. Her size increased after a water change. She appears healthy and active and the male is prodding her and chasing. The water was cold, so I installed a heater hoping she would be urged to spawn. Is it too late for her to spawn? Will she become sick if she does not spawn? How long can she hold the eggs? HELP!!! I have already prepared the nursery. Is there something else I can do to encourage the process?

i've been trying to concieve for 4 and half years i've had fertility tests and been told theres nothing wrong with either of us but still no baby i've done the lying in bed legs up , basel body temp diary , ovulation tests and diets i'm running out of ideas can any one give me any advice

Here’s their situation.
My wife’s sister and her 2 kids just came from the Philippines in late October. She just started working this week.
She is 38 years old and lives with her Dad and the wacko Step mom. She was wondering if she could file her 2 kids next year even though she only worked 1 month.
She was asking us because her step mom is charging her thousands of dollars for the money they spent petitioning her.
She will pay it back, but knowing here stepmom she will pocket the refund and still charge her for petioning her.
Or should the dad and step mom be the ones filing all 3 of them?
They already have their green cards and social security cards.
Do the kids need to be here more than 6 months to qualify for filing?

i wanna go toa pub next saturday cause ill turn 18 but 4 of my friends out of 5 dont drink cause they are under age and also they dont like alchole.thing is we will go for a meal but thats it and it seems realy borring cause its my 18th and well i dunno what else todo and my friends who dont drink might egt bored if i go drinking.

I think I will be receiving all F's on my transcript as I will be withdrawing from my college after the 'withdrawing' period. It's not because I did bad, I actually have 4A's and 1B (midterm grade) and I just feel like dying right now. I have never gotten an F before in my transcript. I dont think any colleges will accept me anymore............ I am just doom.

Is there any other options for me? I doubt it.

im in love with one of my best friends but i was stupid and broke up with him b/c i was scared that he was going to leave me b/c of something personal that happened between me and him. he got a new GF the next day to "cover up the wonds" of me leaving him. i cryed my heart out because i wanted him. now its been 4 months and him and "her" arnt together any more. he says he loves me back as only a friend and i dont want to be just that. today he got really pissed durning 2nd pd and i went chasing after him and finally found him. he was telling me he didnt want to talk about it and he kept pushing me out of the way and we both almost started crying. then i saw him after class and hugged him and told him that i will always love him and be there with him no matter what. but i dont know what to do. hes my life. i have even honestly tryed many times to kill myself but i then stop because if i died then i wouldnt have him in my after life. i need someones help.

if thinking that it's art makes it so, can i nominate that cloud as art?
is it only art if i modify it in some way? what if i film that cloud and then project it as a hologram?
is it only art if one of the guardians of art have validated it by their approval and recognition.
