According to the WWE website, he's part of the SmackDown!
roster. He was at the Diva's Bikini Contest during the SmackDown! tapings. This is advance posting of what will
happen for tonight's SmackDown! (12/08/06 edition)
DIVA'S BIKINI CONTEST:
Only Layla and Jillian? People were expecting more. Funaki did usual clown stuff. Layla won and Jillian didn't like it. Fans started to scream "Fight, Fight" and so they did. During that.. the Boogeyman entered, Layla and Funaki ran off and Jillian got the worms! People went nuts when Boogeyman started sending worms into the crowd.

I was thinking he would be more appropriate on ECW, but yeah, for some reason they put him on Smackdowns roster, and having slow matches with Miz and Krystal.. I love the promo work, but his in-ring work leaves a lot to be desired...

He was released but then he was re-signed. He is currently on smackdown. He is in a feud with the miz and kristal
