I'm curious to know wheter these things actually work in toning muscles.
And please dont reply with "diet and excersise is the only way to loose weight"!
I have a healthy diet and weight, and I do 4 hours cardio a week!
It's toning muscles, not losing weight I'm interested in.
I just cant seem to tone my tummy muscles and was wondering if this is worth a try?

I noticed that the light were not working in one of my bathrooms.
I went to the garage- noted that one of the switches had tripped. I tried to reset it but no luck. It kept tripping.
I went back to the bathroom. I thought maybe the GFCI outlet was culprit, and I tried to press the test button- but could not push it in. The reset button has NOT popped out. so I cannot reset it. Would you say the GFCI outlet has shorted on itself?

my husbands brother has 4 daughters.
i assume his sperm has more female chrom's then male.

my husband and I are pregnant
woudl we have a greater chance of havig a girl because dh might be the same makeup as his brother?
or what causes a prsn to have a higher count of the X or Y chromosome>

I have non identical twin boys and were're not sure where the twin thing comes from is it the maternal side or the paternal? My father has twin cousins non identical boys so I assumed they were from my line but a lot of people have said non identical twins run down the fathers line is this true? I also suffer from polysistic ovary syndrome which affects my fertility levels to be up and down and thought this could also be a factor although the doctors were never really sure on that

Hey there! i reacently... inherited a 30 gallon fish tank. I have had fish before so I know all the usual stuff, but this one is... unique... my friends cousin dumped a half a bottle of bleach into his tanks(fish and all, he was breeding cichlids :( ) and I need to clean the chlorine out of the tank to make it safe... I know that I cant use soap, because that will kill the fish... so is there a safe way to clean out the chlorine from the tank. He has already tried rinsing the tank with hot water, and letting the water sit for 4 days with the water filter pump running (but without a filter i think he said so i am not sure what good THAT did) and took a water sample to the ministry of environment, who said it had 4X the regular chorination, so we think that the bleach may have gotten into the sealer in the corners... does anyone have any suggestions for a good fish friendly cleaner?? Thanks

I have recently completed my Masters in Literature and History. I have two undergrad degrees, one in English the other in Print Journalism. I just adopted a new cat and as this is my first cat, I wasn't sure what kind of cat litter to buy. I chose Tidy Cat clumping litter because it came in a big bucket that I plan on refilling with whatever litter I buy next. However, I noticed some pine litter that claimed to be environmentally friendly. I don't think my adult cat would like it though because of its texture, so I'm hesitant to try it. But it has me asking - is the clumping litter not biodegradable?

When driving at speed of 35 MPH my van jumped and then the speedometer went to zero, 30 seconds later the gas guage went to zero and started dinging, the car jumped again 30 seconds after that and everything came back. The gas pedal was tight during the minute of craziness. Drove again today to test and had the same problem.

husband has been having 5-month affair, he has not kept it a secret in our town but has not talked to other family or long-time friends of ours for 6 months. For the past 5 months he has offered to live a 'parallel life' with me. He wants to have it all. He also tells me to not give up hope and that he still loves me. However, I cannot live this way. We have four children under the age of 4. I moved out over a month ago and he moved his 'sugar baby' and her little dog into our 1 million dollar house that is currently on the market (I moved out with the kids & dog in order to have the house not cluttered with toys, mess etc while in the selling mode & because of his anger/inability to deal with stress of kids . I am serving him divorce papers today because I see no other option. I want to send Christmas cards to family/friends with my new address/phone number so family/friends will know where me & the children are. Some don't know the situation, so how should I sign the cards??
