I need help in pokemon emerald?

My question is well see my Nidorina and Nidorino and both on lvl 90 and still have not evolved yet what should i do

you make a big mistake,nidorina and nidorino both do not envolve by level up they envolve by moon stone,you could get a moon stone at meteor fall and clone the moon stone to get
another one.

here is how to clone

1.make sure you have already unlock the battle frontier

2.go to the battle tower,give the moon stone to any pokemon you have right now in your party.

3.deposit it into an empty box in the PC and save your game

4.withdraw the pokemon you just put in

5.go to the multilayer corner(the one the nearest to the PC)and talk to the person.

6.when you had choose the pokemon she will ask you two question answer YES for the first question and NO for the second question and then quickly reset you game and you should have the pokemon you just clone both in the PC and in your party.

7.take away the moon stone from them and use it on nidorina and nidorino and they should envolve into nidiqueen and nidoking.
