Great question, though I think you ought to have put it in philosophy, because of course there is no true answer.
Every woman is the most beautiful woman in the world.
Don't be deceived by the media.
In the eyes of the pure all things are beautiful, in their own way, therefore all woman are beautiful, none more so than me, or you.

no-one can answer that truthfully and accurately because we all have a different idea of beauty and taking you very literally, no-one has seen all the women in the world to decide that.
