Just the yahoo monkeys hun....you've done nothing wrong but you can't do anything about it....i've had hundreds of them. If someone reports your question or answer it goes in to a computer somewhere and removed. Some people just do it out of spite. xx

It should say on the violation notice email.
When someone issues an abuse report it does not automatically mean you get a violation. The admin monkeys simply roll a dice and then issue a violation if it's a 5 or more.
You can try arguing with them but they don't speak English and have no understanding of logic or justice.

You got it because the person filed an abuse report. The others did not get a violate (that you know of) because the person did not file an abuse report on them.

Someone found your answer to be offensive or wrong. You could have a friend that did it just to ruin your day. Send a letter back to yahoo and demand that it be reversed. It works.

Sorry to say this becoming more common wether out of malice or spite ~ could be some people just don't like your answer irrespective of how helpful your answer is to the question posed, that's how they use their votes. Just don't let it get to you
