My friend and I were in the fastlane on the freeway probably going 55 mph. the traffic slowed down to 10-20 mph very abruptly and a collision with the car in front of us almost occurred. Traffic started moving forward again, then she (my friend) began to move forward and we looked at each other with the thought of "WOW, that WAS close" (It was for a split second) Then when we looked back to the road, the car in front of us was now completley stopped and sure enough we hit them.
We do not know what happened.
We don't know if a collision had already occured and we drove into it.
We also don't know if she hit the car and then caused that car to hit the car in front of it and so on until 5 cars became involved.
We were in a newer Ford truck (full size)
I've been told by a reliable source that a vehicle would have a hard time causing that large of a chain reaction going roughly 30-35 mph...
Fortunatley, almost everybody involved seemed OK, and no airbags deployed... (continued)

I know i am not adopted because my mom has a video of me being born (gross but whatever) and i look a bit like my dad, but how come i look almost just like my grandad from my dad's side. Im greek and my dad is more of a darker skin color and my mom a white but my grandad has a light cream honey skin which i have, and we both have blonde hair but my mom and dad have dark brown. Also i have two other siblings and i am the only one with light skin. Is it rare?

Dreaming an abnormal amount lately. Letest one was the first sexual dream I've ever had, and I'm 30 years old. My wife divorced me over a year ago, the most painful thing in my life. She did a lot of damage. two nights ago, i had a dream that she entered my bedroom, without saying a word, and climbed into bed with me. That was the whole dream. and now I feel bad about it.

My bf or ex bf that i've been getting back together with came over today and we were supposed to go out but he ate and then got really tired since he hasn't slept much this week. So we fell asleep around 8 even tho I wasn't tired. I woke up around 11:30 all bushy eyed and he was still tired and sleepy so we went back to sleep , but i was awake but in a talking mood at least. I can't watch tv or use my computer because i live in a studio and it would wake him up. So I woke up and asked him when i was going to be able to sleep over HIS place , just to start convo. (he doesn't let me go in his house because his roommate doesnt like me itsbeen over 2 month) and he said "when are you going to stop starting trouble?" and i said what do u mean by that? and he wouldn't explain. It;s been a long time now since he won't let me go to his house and he won't tellme what to fix so that his roommate and I get along. It pissed me off so I kicked him out at 12 at night

She was shot by her boyfriend( he is still in jail awaiting trial it has been continued 6 times) at 12:37am and died around 1:07 am she is now an angel looking out for those of us left behind who miss her it is hard to believe taht 1 year ago all was good in our world went to sleep to awaken 6 hours later with our world shattered God Bless you all and may you have peace and joy in your heart to day and always

I know the moon is about how one feels. I can readily know that a person has moon in pisces because their eyes are very beautiful like puppy dog eyes and that their behavior confirms it. (ex. Ed Burns from Blue's Clues)
The other astrological signs are hard to tell!
Are there websites or books that can help explain this? Are there any indicatore besides the eyes?

I've known this guy for 3 years We regard one another as brother and sister on an outing yesterday, he was acting very weird. When i met him and we were waiting for a friend who was late, he gave me a christmas present. (Note that he didn't give the other friend who's male). Then he invited me to his house on New Year's, saying his mum wanted to see me. He didn't invite the other friend. Then while we were walking to the cinema he pointed to me and told the other friend " I like girls like her".
when we were having lunch i wanted to eat Clam Chowder but was lazy to get it myself and he volunteered to get it for me. So of course i agreed, but he rushed thru and fro twice to ask me what size i wanted and whether i wanted pepper. While watching the movie Happy Feet, i called him a penguin and he said " Then you're a penguin too, since you're a penguin's sis".
What are the chances he likes me, and why?
When he said i'm a penguin's sis, could it be because he couldn't say gf and such ?

The First Ammendment states that "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof". Since the ban on gay marriage in no way respects the establishment of religion *or prohibits it* this is NOT a "seperation of church and state" issue, even if such a thing existed.
People just need to get a grip and realize that gays are not prohibtted from doing anything we heterosexuals do. A gay person may legally marry a person of the opposite sex. Granting them special rights makes them a special class, which would violate the 14th Amendment. It states that "No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States". It must follow then that all rights of all citizens are the same and we are therefore equal under the law.
I therefore submit to you that to make gay marriage legal in the United States would be a violation of MY consitutuional rights, since I am not gay.
