Dreaming an abnormal amount lately. Letest one was the first sexual dream I've ever had, and I'm 30 years old. My wife divorced me over a year ago, the most painful thing in my life. She did a lot of damage. two nights ago, i had a dream that she entered my bedroom, without saying a word, and climbed into bed with me. That was the whole dream. Could this mean anything more than the obvious?

In my own personal experience, the lord has sent me dreams to warn me, to help me, to guide me, and to show me that everything is ok. Right before I found out my first husband was having an affair, I dreamed about a tornado with red swirling through it, I ran from it and hid, it almost devastated me. Later that month, I found out he was drinking and sleeping around, he left right after, and we have 3 kids together, I was so upset and sad and felt so helpless. The lady he was seeing was no more than a harlett, I think she was the red in the tornado. She helped devastate his life, and then she hurt my kids too by what she did, she left him 3 years later, and took him for all he had. It was sad, but I was remarried and lots happier, I helped him get on his feet and get some things he needed to help take care of the kids when they came to his house. I continue to dream things that lead me to be warned of bad things in life. I think maybe your dream may mean that a woman just like your wife may try to enter your life, or maybe that she may try to come back and be in your life again just for sexual purposes. Just be ready to deal with things. Donna

Your dreams could mean many things...A bedroom is a very, very private place. Your dream occuring there is no accident. Your divorced wife would be one of the many pressures you have had in life. You may pine for her or want her, but her not saying anything may show a discovery your subconscious may have made and wish to influence you by making her quiet and peaceful...or maybe I am the one dreaming and you are the one helping me. I do know one thing which is Sexual Partners/Spouses/Lovers are have a large if not huge connection to the other person. Which may be why it is you wife.

Some people believe that having dreams is your subconscious mind's way of getting rid of all the garbage your mind has had to process....sometimes you remember your dreams and sometimes you don't. I've found that when I'm under a lot of stress, I tend to have really weird dreams. So your dreams don't necessarily mean anything...it could just be your mind remembering a pleasant time in your life.

One thing that I've read in some books that has helped me is to try and keep a dream journal beside your bed so that if you wake up from a dream, you can immediately write it down what you're able to remember. Then when you wake up in the morning, review what you wrote and continue to do that to see if any patterns are forming like....are you dreaming more on stressful days, dreaming the same thing, dreaming at the same time every night. Also, if you want to try to remember your dreams, before you go to sleep each night, repeat over and over to yourself in a sort of chant that you will remember your dreams...this will help train your mind to focus more clearly. And when documenting your dreams in your journal, don't focus so much on little details, as most of it is just garbage your mind is getting rid of from everything your mind has processed lately....focus more on how you felt in the dream as that can be a big indicator on if your dream is just a stress dream or if maybe your subconscious is giving you a warning of some sort.

Jo, is right. You do miss her, and this will continue until you confront her(maybe not a good idea) or the reason why your marriage ended in divorce. You should not try to read too much into it thought. You will eventually get over it but it is just that you are still thinking and analyzing the break up.

The sexual act between husband and wife is very bonding on many different levels; emotionally, physically, psychologically, mentally and spiritually. It is a very difficult thing to let go of. It is natural for your sub-conscious to desire it again on all these levels, that is why it was recreated in your dream... wish fulfillment and no-strings attached.

She is not coming back - forget that but you are still thinking about her. You are not dealing with your feeling during the day so your brain trys to work it out during the night.

NO. Dreams are just what we worry and think about. If you believe your dreams, you'll be on a train that goes to no where.
