Ebay is a great site for bargains on baby clothes and other stuff. You can get new clothes on there with tags or gently used clothes that look like new. A good tip on there is watch for the shipping price b/c something can be $0.99 and be $10 for shipping so you have to watch for that. If you pay attention on there you can get some really good deals. In the past one time I won 3 diff auctions and spent only about $20 and got Old Navy jeans, Gap swimsuit, OshKosh hoodie, Tommy Hilfiger pants, and a couple other name brand clothes all for my daughter. So they do have some really good deals.
Another site to check out where you can get free baby stuff and other things is freecycle.org ....... It's a site where people list stuff for free pick up in your area and you can give away stuff.

Try Craigslist.com and go to the closest city near you. They have stuff people are getting rid of for really cheap and some even give stuff away for free! They have a baby section on there too. Also maybe check eBay.

i havent found one particular website for lots of cheap stuff, so i just check many different places for sales and clearances. eBay is good for finding bargains, although much of it will be used. also for diapers and wipes, 1800diapers is the cheapest i have found.
also, my best resource for cheap baby stuff was garage sales. most baby items at still in good shape, since babies grow out of everything so quickly, and larger items like strollers and playpens are usually tough enough to withstand a few kids.

How about free?
Go to www.freecycle.org and sign up for your area. people list things or request things; you have to pick them up. There is no charge for any of it, but sometimes you have to take what you get. Usually people give away only reuseable stuff in good condition.
Freecycle has all kinds of rules regarding exchanges - read them, sign up and congrats on the baby.

Ebay, car boot sales, jumble sales. Places like that. You will pick up half of the stuff for quarter of the price or even less.
