I know the moon is about how one feels. I can readily know that a person has moon in pisces because their eyes are very beautiful like puppy dog eyes and that their behavior confirms it. (ex. Ed Burns from Blue's Clues)
The other astrological signs are hard to tell!
Are there websites or books that can help explain this? Are there any indicatore besides the eyes?

Go to www.astro.com. Make a birth chart. That is your best bet and surefire way to tell a person's moon sign. You can always figure out the day and year they were born, and try to pick it off from a chart, but the moon changes signs so quickly that it can be hard to tell.
I have moon in Aries, but I don't really share any physical traits with Aries. I've never heard that you can tell a person has the moon in Pisces by their eyes. Interesting interpretation. Are you sure the moon isn't in the first house? Or that they have a Pisces Ascendant, or Neptune in the first? I have Neptune in the first house, and I have those "Piscean" eyes, but I'm also a Cancer. You can usually tell a water sign by it's eyes :)

Ha blue kalah I'm a Cancer with and Aries Moon too. Wow so glad to meet a sister of the star and moon sign!!!! I'm impressed. Oh sorry don't have a website but can tell you this, I found out my moon sign by looking at milly's site, wow great sites on here good luck finding a best answer among them.

Droopy eyes are a well known characteristic of a pisces, it doesn't necessarily mean that their moon is in pisces, rather they could actually be a pisces.
If you are interested in a persons moon sign, then I would suggest Llewellyn's Moon sign Book. In there should be a chart from 1900 to present.

I know it is Vedic Astrology, but I don't know that you can tell moon sign by eyes. My moon is in Gemini and most people said my eyes are as black as the midnight sky (thankfully no stars or moon in it!) I wonder if one of them can guess my moon sign?

Go to MSN home page and go into horoscopes. They had a free site you could get all that info. If not go to AOL astrology and get it there. I just got my rising and moon sign there this morning. It's also free.
