I have a computer im thinking about selling and i don't want my information to get out,...i only have one copy of windows working for this machine so i dont want to crash it,...where is it in D.O.S or anywhere that i can look to make sure files i deleted are removed permanently ?

Hello all. Do anyone know of a website that I can got to to find out how stress affects your menstrual cycle? I had an unusual period recently. It was shorter and the flow was not that heavy as usual. I really didnt have any cramps but I was very bloated - gassy. So I was wanting info on if stress can make you have a shorter and lighter period?

I'm rooting for Caridee but Melrose could take it. I can't stand her - she's annoying as h*ll - but she's obviously done her modeling 101 homework and rarely takes a professional misstep. Eugenia is gorgeous but she still hasn't taken a great photo. I think Caridee has the look and the personality. The show has been working to make her look bad, though, have you noticed?

This is not a question, but a suggestion for members of this community.

I have noticed that a lot of people are sugessting that you should hit a dog/ tap it on its nose/ hold its mouth shut/ etc when trying to teach it not to bite or do other less than favorable things.

THIS IS WRONG. Hitting your dog will not solve your problems. It will just teach the dog to fear you and may cause further violent behaviours.

Do not hit your dog in any manner. Please.

i was curious as to whether premature infants can switch to regular milk at (chronological) age one like regular babies or do they have to wait until they were "supposed" to make one?(had they made it to term)

for example...twins born at 29 weeks gestation...due on valentines day but born on dec 3...can they switch from formula to cows milk on their birthday?

so i was trying to pull a large mobile home type thing up a steep hill with my 1 ton ford pickup, and then all of a sudden, it wouldnt go. it appears that it suddenly lost most, if not all of the transmission fluid from down by the torque converter. can i just add some tranny-stop-leak or something to make it all better?

I played the violin for years when I was young, and have recently started taking lessons again (as an adult). I'm trying to decide which pieces to think about working on since my teacher has left it up to me, but I realized I don't know what pieces I should eventually have in my repertoire. I've played parts of the Mendelssohn, the easy part of the Tchaikovsky. I don't want to bite off more than I can chew. Just want to know what's out there - what my goal should be. Thanks!

Not sure where we stand-up to about 3 weeks ago he was telling me he missed me and thought of me-he hasn't said it since but he returns all my e-mails and asked me to go on vacation with him in January-he's Italian-and his job is very demanding. I want to see how he feels-so I thought if I wait for him to contact me then I'll know. Should I e-mail him that I'm back? he knew when I was to to return.

I have a Creative Zen Touch mp3 player which I have nearly filled with music. The tracks are a mixture of MP3 and WMA files. I find WMA to be as good sounding as MP3's but at a lower bit rate and thus they take up less space. Does anyone know of a free tool that will convert large batches of mp3s to wma at once? The only ones I can find will only convert one file at a time and obviously this is no good when trying to convert thousands of tracks.

It doesn't matter if I eat before drinking, while I'm drinking, after I drank or even if I skipped eating before drinking... it never fails, I always end up with my head in the toilet early in the a.m.!! I don't understand why, but maybe someone has suggestions or things that you've tried! HELP!
