Girl I would be moving on with your life. He is playing you and saying what you wanna hear and all this other s***. You need to give yo man a ultimatum. Either me or your "ex". Cause I can find another guy who treats me better than you so make your mind up in a hurray and also say by the way give me back my house key if he chooses his "ex". I would move on either way. I would also check with the local courthouse to see if he got a divorce or not and then dump his playa A** on the street and burn all his clothes and s*** in front of his house on the base where he lives.
I hope this helps.

I've been in the military for 3 years. He's still married the military doesn't allow anyone to have housing on BASE unless they're married. He's been lying to you. He doesn't live with her she lives with him, in order for her to stay on base with him they have to show the housing department their marriage cert. His family information paperwork showing that they're married with the home address which is called the DD93 and SGLI. Is she military? You need to find these things out... He could get into so much trouble for having an affair outside his marriage especially with him being in the military. He could get discharged or have a reduction in rank

If she isn't in the service, then he is liying.

Assuming that she is the family member and he is the sponsor, when teh couple divorces, the service member loses on-post housing privileges. Depending on his rank, he has the option of a) Moving to the barracks or b) Move off post.

Bottom line, if they have post housing, then they are not divorced.

If she is a soldier as well, then she could be the sponsor and she is the one with the housing entitlements; but if she is a civilian, then she couldn't have post housing on her own as that benefit is based solely on marriage.

SO HE IS LYING!!!!!

Good luck

it is possible...it's actually not legal because she is no longer a dependent but he CAN get away with it...one way to be sure its to call the military police and ask annonomously if what he's doing is ok. the military will definitely check in to it and see if she has a right to be there or not. more than likely they are still married or she wouldn't have proper ID to be getting on base.

The children are aloud to stay after the marriage the ex spouse has 30 days to vacate the house. Military takes care of there own and if your not a part of it anymore its Asta La Vista Baby...Your being played...And to honestly think you fell for this crap....Open your eyes and grow up!

Call the County Court House (probably the Domestic Relations division or something) and ask if they have a record of a divorce for whoever versus whoever...they can look it up and tell you the statuts--even the date it was filed and completed.

Be 100% honest with him and tell him that this is new to you and that you would like to meet his ex face to face and have a civilised talk. If he agrees, that is a great sign. When you meet her just be respectful and let her know that you are doing this for the kids. So there will not be any confussion. They will all respect you for it.

If he never revealed the divorce to the military then it is possible for them to be living together...but I doubt the divorce took place at all. You checked the county records and found no divorce. HE wont show you actual divorce papers 'cause you are supposed to TRUST him, right? Or they're "lost" or whatever?

You should absolutely contact the MP's and reveal what you know so he is investigated. If he's divorced and scamming the military for base housing then they deal with him. If he's scamming YOU, well......

Ask him where he got divorce i such way that it will make him suspicious. Next write to the office of the court clerk and ask for the the copy of the decree, give date, or at least approximate date.
Then you will know for sure.
