Slow down a little on the drinking during the night, eat something light during the partying, such as chips; and the biggest helper - a glass of ice water to sip on thru out the night, along with your drinks.

It sounds like you have no idea how alcohol works once it enters your body, which is a bad thing considering that it's part of your lifestyle.
Alcohol is actually mildly toxic to the body, and this explains why you get nauseas and have a hangover. The fact that you feel sick means that you've drunk too much already. Some people have more tolerance to alcohol than others, so don't compare your limit to others'.
Sorry honey, but the only way to prevent such nausea is just to cut down on the booze. If you must drink, try:
1) Don't drink on an empty stomach. Eat something before drinking.
2) Drink lots of water after, and during if you can. Booze is a diuretic and makes your body lose water, so replenishing your body's water will help some.
3) Drink slowly and in moderation. I saw a guideline that said one drink per hour is ideal. However, if you're drinking to get high, this probably won't appeal to you.
4) Don't mix drinks - stick to one kind of alcohol for the night, and preferably those with less colour. Coloured booze (e.g. whiskey, brandy) tends to get you more sick.
Throwing up is part of boozing and too bad, you'll have to live with it if you want to get high at parties.

There's a strong possibility that you may be allergic to a certain type of alcohol, or just alcoholic drinks in general! Try this- next time you go to a party, stick with just one type of drink (beer, wine, rum, etc.) and see if whatever you picked makes you sick. If it does, try a different type of drink next time. If you go through every type of alcoholic beverage out there and they all make you throw up, then you know you have some sort of alcohol allergy. I know that I can't tolerate wine, and I certainly can't mix any hard liquor. Even if I just have one cocktail that happens to have rum and vodka in it together, I know I'll be ill that night. I tend to stick with beer, because it seems to be my stomach's friend.
Also, you didn't mention how much you are drinking at these parties. If you are drinking somewhat excessively, that is a very good reason why you end up sick every time. It also has a lot to do with your body weight and how often you drink. If you're lilke me (sort of short, rather thin, only drink once a month or so), you'll be spending a lot of time praying to the Porcelain God if you have more than maybe 3 drinks or so. Everything in moderation!! Oh, and try to eat some Taco Bell after a night of drinking. It's hard to get the first couple of bites down, but I swear by it as a hangover prevention method!!

Just don't drink so much. There is NO proven way to lessen the effects of alcohol on the system and everyone is different. Once alcohol reaches the liver...it only metabolizes a little every hour. The only cure is TIME...that's why you might still feel drunk in the morning. If you cut down drinking....maybe drink water or sodas in between drinks, the after effects won't be so horrible! Oh and definitely DO NOT skip eating before drinking. Eat something, even if it is just a little because with nothing in your system there is nothing to absorb the alcohol which makes you feel drunk even faster. Hope I could help!

Don't drink so much and drink a glass of water between each drink. We used to take a B12 tablet before drinking. It's supposed to keep you from having a hangover...who knows. You could also be allergic to alcohol or to a particular one. Stick with one thing and see. Try not to drink sweet drinks. Good luck.

Try drinking less or not at all. If you are not over indulging in alcohol, you may very well be allergic to alcohol. I can't drink because of medications I must take so believe me when i tell you it is not necessary to drink to enjoy yourself. Non-Alcoholic drinks can be quite tasty too.

Definitely water between alcoholic drinks, and food before is a good idea. Having an empty stomach will just make the alcohol hit you harder.

DON'T DRINK . You can have fun without the alcohol. Sometimes it is more fun to not drink and watch others do so.. It's like amatuer comedy night at the improv.

Everyone is different. But what works for me is to drink water when I get home from partying. Warm water is my favourite. Also have a cookie or something sweet.
Try not to mix your drinks. If you start with beer stick with beer. NEVER mix beer with wine, you're asking for trouble.
If you start with either gin or vodka stick to those.
